Kits cannot be collected on race day, except for the children’s races.

HOW TO GET THERE:
By car: Parking is available at the mall’s designated spots. Parking is paid.
RACE KIT PICK-UP PROCESS:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A valid photo ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license)
- The signed declaration filled online via the link received by email
- The QR code received by email 5 days before the race
WHO CAN PICK UP THE KIT?
We recommend picking up your kit in person. Parents can collect kits for minors.
In exceptional cases, someone else may collect a participant’s kit. They will need:
- A copy of the participant’s photo ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license)
- The signed declaration completed online via the email link
- The QR code received by email 5 days before the race
FAQ:
I can’t make it to the Race Packet Pick-up. What should I do?
Someone else (a family member or friend) can pick up your race kit for you. See the conditions above.
Can I postpone or transfer my registration?
Postponement or modification of registration is allowed under the conditions detailed in the event regulations (Section 3.4.1 – Registration Modification).
I can’t participate. Can I receive my kit by mail?
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, we cannot offer this option. If you cannot attend, we recommend asking a friend who is attending the event to collect your kit.
