- 16:00 – 20:00 – Sport Expo / Race Kit Pick-up (all races, including the Linde Kids Run)
- Delivery takes place in Iulius Town Timișoara, in front of the SportGuru store (Cinema area) - 1st floor
- On-site registrations for the 2.5K race and the Linde Kids Run, subject to availability
Saturday March 7th
- 10:00 – 20:00 – Sport Expo / Race Kit Pick-up (all races, including the Linde Kids Run)

- On-site registrations for the 2.5K race and the Linde Kids Run, subject to availability
Sunday March 8th
- 08:35 – 08:50 – Official warm-up
- 09:00 – Start 21k by SportGuru, 10k powered by HUAWEI Watch GT Runner 2
- 09:15 – Start of the 5k race
- 9:30 - 11:00 – On-site registrations and race kit pick-up for the Linde Kids Run, subject to availability (start area)
- 10:30 - Time limit lap 1 - 21k by SportGuru
Competitors who do not finish the first round by this time will not be able to enter the second round. They will appear in the ranking with DNF (Did Not Finish) - 12:00 – 21k by SportGuru cut-off time
- 12:15 – Start of the 2.5k race
- 13:00 – Start Linde Kids Run
- 14:00 - 15:00 – Awards ceremony
